Thereʼs a fire by your feet defective, unprotected And when left to grow a flame you up and left it Thereʼs a flower by your face effective, unprotected And when left to grow a bloom you up and left it No matter your mood youʼll find a way to flee Fake prize and imaginary allies You know youʼre on your own Same eyes of a dedicated ego Plagued to pain a fallen wisdom Thereʼs a pyre by your feet defective, unprotected And when left to ash in peace you often kept it Thereʼs a flower in your hair connected and collected And when left to grow a stem you often kept it No matter your mood youʼll find a way to live Fake prize and imaginary allies You know youʼre on your own Same eyes of a dedicated ego Plagued to pain a fallen wisdom Fake prize and imaginary allies You know youʼre on your own Same eyes of a dedicated ego Plagued to pain

Goodbye angels of the night Golden ritualʼs signed away Love and meaning lost and found Buried in the sand along the shore Stolen colours paint the sky As ridden lies and fortune spies Blinding art forms in disguise That stray away from countless lies Move on and phase out The glowing curse Move on and phase out Or so the story goes oh Don don, don don do-da Don don, don don do-da-da Don don, don don do-da Don don, don don Don don, don don do-da Don don, don don do-da-da Don don, don don do-da Don don, don don Move on and phase out The glowing curse Move on and phase out Or so the story goes oh

Overburdened 04:07
The mind defines a guide To each and everyone To find a key, a code As if to lead the way Suddenly I feel the shame Overworked and overburdened For what cause Lost a long way, thanks to someone Thanks to greed Deny deny deny Attenuate apply to fight Surprise a lie a cry Undefendable Suddenly I feel the shame Overworked and overburdened For what cause Lost a long way thanks to someone Thanks to greed Overworked and overburdened For what cause Lost a long way, thanks to someone Thanks to greed

Lonely as can be Surrounded by the trees A time that was never planned is here The things weʼll learn are a gift For allʼ the world to sing to fly amidst a place to cry Iʼll be there for you For allʼ the things weʼve come to love to hide a mile away Theyʼll wait for you Not so lonely as you thought, Surrounded by the ones you love The only place where time stands still The world has always been the same Moving on when ours stand still Iʼd like to think weʼll learn from this For allʼ the world to sing to fly amidst a place to cry Iʼll be there for you For allʼ the things weʼve come to love to hide a mile away Theyʼll wait for you

A dream a dream A frozen paradise A time a time A pedal in the sand To float above it all To feel alone Alone alone A wight, a fairy clone The eyes in open air Bold and blue in fear Pretend pretend pretend Itʼs all the same

Seated still like no one cares Iʼm one to follow allʼ the rules Defined, alone I can feel it in my soul I just want pages to be turned Turned to anywhere But the way that it makes me feel Is so genuine and real I want to put the hourglass away To forget this show of hypocrites ‘Cause the way that it makes me feel Is so genuine and real I want to break away a piece of me And dream Seated still like no one cares Iʼm one to follow allʼ the rules Defined, alone I can feel it in my soul I just want pages to be turned Turned to anywhere But the way that it makes me feel Is so genuine and real I want to put the hourglass away To forget this show of hypocrites ‘Cause the way that it makes me feel Is so genuine and real I want to break away a piece of me And fly

Old News 02:54
Overrated, uncontested Prying thoughts of mine Why hold back tilʼ Iʼm alone Do you fear for the company I can feel beside the truth When Iʼm alone without your pondering Die, wither in the air Die, burn into the rain Wasted thoughts and stupid words invited from the dark, Why hold back till Iʼm worn out? Iʼm aware youʼre the enemy Old news Die, wither in the air Die, burn into the rain

Safe Places 03:46
Closed doors inside Secured to find a buried smile, oh Iʼll hide away Pretend to find the golden sun, oh What other things are there to find, If in the moments away your mind is sound And what other things are there to hide, If in the moments away your heart is sad Figures Iʼd be a mess After living in duress, oh Brought to think a certain way If anything Iʼll open out, to you What other things are there to find If in the moments away your mind is sound And what other things are there to hide If in the moments away your heart is sad Oh if anyone is here Oh will you show a sign of peace, oh I can hear it I can hear it I can hear it I can I can hear it I can hear it I can hear it I can I can need it I can need it I can need it I can I can want it I can want it I can want it I can What other things are there to find If in the moments away your mind is sound And what other things are there to hide If in the moments away your heart is sad

Little Fish 03:42
Hey little fish in the quiet sea Afraid, alone and cold Marvel at the depth and as far to see The others too far to reach With the sun in the shadow of the clouds above Resolve and wait it out The matter of the world isn't up to you So know it's not your fault I want to see How far we'll go I'll wait all night And sleep all day Hey little fish of the burning sea Annoyed, and out to harm Marvel at the depth and as far to see The others too far to hear With the sun on the river and the birds above Forgive, forget it all The matter of the world isn't up to you So know it's not your fault I want to see How far we'll go I want to see How far you'll go I'll work all night And hold you high

about

I'm constantly vocalizing my musical ideas day in and day out. Whether I'm washing the dishes, going for a walk, laying on the floor face-down, or moving from room to room; it seems my voice is always working subconsciously to generate something musical. 'Lonesome Wildfires' is the first total embodiment of my musical identity as I challenged myself to push beyond my instrumental tendencies.

I hope you enjoy this fascinating little music adventure - even if it's a faction of the enjoyment I had creating it!
